2-day retreat for individual clients
  • relaxing forest venue in the Helsinki area (within easy access from the city and airport)
  • a small group of individual participants (max. 9)
  • "label-free” - the only “label” you share with others is your first name. Forget for 2 days who you’re supposed to be.
  • dress code: whatever makes you feel comfortable
  • breakfast, lunch, and dinner made with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
  • sauna and cosy accommodation in single rooms, surrounded by nature

Day 1

FINDING A SENSE OF INNER CALM AND SAFETY

Breaking free from stress and anxiety loops through thoughts and emotions management (which has nothing to do with positive thinking).

  • 10:00 Morning coffee & start of training
  • 12:30-13:30 Lunch 
  • 15:00 Afternoon coffee
  • 17:00 End of Day 1 training & hotel check-in
  • 18:30-20:00 Dinner
  • 20:00-22:00 Sauna

Learning how to remove what’s blocking you from living a joyful and meaningful life and how to dig into your special talents.
